Hey everyone. Nutrients have been the most confusing thing for me in learning how to grow. Not sure why lol but it has. Anyways, I've got my nutrient chart here and I'm looking for some clarification on a few things.

TRANSPLANTING STAGE: 
"spray the foliage once with Thrive Alive B-1 Green solution" <---- quote
So I would mix the solution, put it in a spray bottle, then spray the plants once? <---- question

"Mix 2 1/2 tsp (12.5ml) of Thrive Alive B-1 Red for every 1 gallon (4 litres) of water to prepare the solution." <---- quote
I doubt I'd use a gallon of water to water my plants, especially at this stage. Can you help me understand these measurements? <---- question

VEGETATIVE STAGE:
"For soil/soilless mediums, use the formula in the sequence of FEED, WATER, WATER" <---- quote
So one week I feed, then the next two times the pots are dry, I water without feeding then repeat the process? I'm almost positive on this one jus makin sure. <---- question
