Belonging will not always bring happiness.

Belonging is defined in the dictionary as ‘acceptance as a natural member or part: a sense of belonging.’. However, to be able to belong is not always a natural occurrence and to “fit in” you will have to make some form of sacrifice. In your mind, in your thoughts, you are your true self, and, to be your true self there is a sense of happiness in most cases. To be a part of a group (for example a friendship group) it may require that you sacrifice some part of yourself but that may bring you happiness or, it could bring unhappiness.

-Humans want more. If they don’t have everything they need in that group then they will want more.
-Getting recognition from something you don’t really have.
