Try this method for activating your windows 10 permanently.
· Type cmd in the Cortana search bar then right-click on the result and select Run as administrator.
· Copy the following command line and paste it to the Command Prompt. Hit Enter key to run it.
· slmgr.vbs /upk
· Execute the command below to install product key.
· slmgr /ipk NPPR9-FWDCX-D2C8J-H872K-2YT43
· Continue to input the command to set the machine name to zh.us.to.
· slmgr /skms zh.us.to
· Type "slmgr /ato" to activate Windows 10.
